Terms and Conditions
Hereafter ‘you’ refers to you the customer and ‘we’, ‘us’ refers to Spilli Outdoor World.
Please read the following terms and conditions before completing your order, as when you place your order, this confirms you accept the following terms of sale.
Goods will only be dispatched when we have confirmed that full, cleared payment has been received in one of our accounts. Copies of receipts of payment sent by bank transfer etc. are not sufficient to release the goods.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, or less, on receipt of cleared payment.
If due to unforseen circumstances, it will take longer to dispatch your order, you will be informed within 48 hours and you will have the opportunity of a full refund.
For Norway, all items will be sent by post, with an option for full insurance, with tracking details to follow online.
ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES REMAIN THE RESPONSENBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
In the event you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it can be returned for a refund or exchange, if (i) we are contacted by post, phone or email first for the customer to obtain a return code, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package when it is returned (ii) we are contacted and the item returned within 10 days of receipt (iii) all original packing and tags etc are intact and the items are in perfect, unused condition.
Refunds will be issued within 1 working day of receiving the goods, by the same method as payment was made, minus any costs incurred by us by issuing the refund, ie bank charges, customs etc
The item remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received here at Spilli Outdoor World. It is advisable, therefore, if you wish to return an item you use a secure, insured method of return and obtain proof of postage.
Refunds will be issued via the method of original payment within 1 working days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds made for items returned because of change of mind will be made, minus any expenses incurred for payments sent via banks etc.
